Do you deliver cakes?

• Simply put, no. Pretty Please Sweets is a one-woman business, so delivery is not available. The pick up location is in Asbury Park, NJ.

How do I order?

• Each month, a calendar is posted with availability. Use the order form to select an open date and fill out your order form. I will only accept orders for a given month. Orders submitted outside of the current calendar will be disregarded, and dates are only saved with complete payment.

How should I store my cake?

• Cakes should always be stored in a cool place, and they last for a week in the fridge, longer in the freezer.

• A pro tip: if the date you want to order is booked, you can always order a few days earlier and store it in the fridge.

Do you make vegan/gluten free cakes?

• Yes! Most recipes can be modified to fit dietary restrictions, but you can always ask when ordering.

Do you use fondant for cake designs?

• No, I don’t work with fondant. I would recommend another bakery for those specific type of cakes.

I need to cancel my order, can I get a refund?

• If you cancel an order up to a week in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you don’t communicate or show up to pickup a cake, you will lose your cake order.

Late Policy

• Just don’t be late… I have a life too! Communicate if there is an issue, but please be respectful of time. I might just auction your cake off :)
